8 Months

Joey is 8 months now and growing like a weed. He has now figured out the "army" crawl and he is all over the place. He can also pull up to his knees so we already had to move the mattress down on his bed - I can't believe it, he's growing up so fast. He is also eating puffs and feeding himself. Thanksgiving was so much fun, we visited with family and ate lots of turkey. Joey also got to meet Santa, he wasn't very excited - maybe next year. But he has been a very good boy so I think Santa will be good to him.

7 Months

I can't believe my baby boy is 7 months old! WOW! These have been the best 7 months of my life, I never imagined I could love someone as much as I love this little boy. We have had so much fun together. Daddy is trying to teach Joey to crawl, he doesn't like it much but once he get's it down there won't be any stopping him. He now has two teeth and he's sleeping through the night, YEAH!!!!

Dewberry Farm

My mommy and daddy took me to the Dewberry Farm this weekend and there were so many neat things to look at. I got to see lots of animals and I got to ride the corn train. I can't wait to go again next year.

6 Months

WOW! I can't believe I am already 6 months old! I am such a big boy now, I can sit up on my own and play with my toys. I love to put everything in my mouth, but I have learned that not everything tastes good. I started eating fruits and veggies and I really like it all. I like when my daddy feeds me because he gives me really big bits and I make a really big mess. I am such a happy baby, I never make mommy and daddy mad, but look at me, I am soooo cute who could ever get mad at me!! I have had an exciting life so far, I can't wait to see what happens next.

My first food

I got to eat carrots for the first time and I really liked them. I also got to eat in my big boy high chair. Next I get to try green beans!! I'll let you know how I like those.

After Ike

Well it has been a week since Ike and my cousins are still here. My power was out for a few days so we all packed up and headed to Bellville. My cousins power is still out so they are going to stay with us a while longer. My house had a little bit of roof damage and our fence fell down but other than that I made it through my first hurrican just fine.

Hurrican Ike

Well, hurrican Ike is on the way and we have my Aunt and Uncle here with my two cousins from Frienswood. We have been playing and watching the weather all day. My daddy had to move all the furniture from outside into the garage, and move all the plants inside. This will be my first hurrican but my mommy and daddy will be here to take care of me. So far it has been fun having my cousins here to play with.

5 months old

Joey is 5 months old now, he is learning to sit up by him self, eat food with a spoon; he can roll from his tummy to his back, only becasuse he hates being on his tummy. He is a very happy boy and very attached to mommy.
